PAR21 was founded by Jack Spivak in 2019 after more than 20 years of experience in world-class institutions advising mid- to large-size corporations, including both private and public. Jack’s experience includes Managing Director at an opportunistic private equity firm, Senior Credit Officer at Bank of America, and Special Assets / Risk Management at JP Morgan Chase.
